We have been using Magic Minutes here at The Needham Group for the last 3 months and we are delighted with the structure and efficiency that the software brings to our departmental weekly meetings but especially our monthly Board Meetings.
I recognise that we are enthusiastic early adopters but I firmly believe that the software would bring enormous benefit to any organisation that embraces process and systemization. The software encourages us to structure and plan our meetings from the preparation phase all the way through to task progress and reporting phase. Also, the thought and detail that has gone into Magic Minutes belies the simplicity, flexibility and usability of the interface.
