“For me they (meetings) were really frustrating beacuse we would go from one meeting to the next and there was no progress and there was never really a measure of how long ago things were agreed and what progess was made from month-to-month.  What Magic Minutes has bought to us is a really systemised approach to making sure that we make at least a little bit of progress everytime we meet.  The preparation for the meeting in advance is really benefical to me beacuse I can see that people have put a lot of thought and effort into it and I know what it is that they have done and what they are preparing to do which makes the report so much easier.”
